  • It's been almost 7 years, I've been read twice in as many days.
  • The way everyone assumes that all of my problems must stem from my gender issues. The gender issues certainly complicate things, but aren't I allowed to have a bad day every once in a while for other reasons?
  • The little "surprises" that can ruin a perfectly good thing - I got a job today, but in the interview discovered that I had attended high school with one of the interns. Fantastic. Not only will I have to deal with interacting with the guy, now it's going to look weird if the boss says something to him and he doesn't know me. Isn't starting a new job stressful enough without having to deal with these things.

Small town - small school, but you're right, he can't be expected to remember everyone, not from that long ago. I think I over-worry about these things. It's my not-so-hidden talent.
Thanks for this!

i do the same thing when i see someone from my past or even the potential of seeing someone i know. It's silly really.

May i ask if you are you taking T? I only ask, because you f2m's tend to pass better than m2f's like me, although everyone who knows my background tells me i pass.

OT, it's my bedtime (4.30am), so if you reply to this, i'll respond when i wake up later.
Take care

I've been on T for several years, but had to take a break due to finances. I recently re-started. I don't know if I'm being paranoid or if the time off caused some reversals in my body shape. I had been passing pretty well there for a few years.

Maybe it's a little bit of both. Going off T must have been quite a head ****, i know if i stopped taking estrogen i would get more paranoid about being read.
After a few months off T, it wouldn't surprise me that your body might have reverted back a little. But the fact that you have been taking T for years now it must have done most of it's magic, so i cannot see that anything obvious would happen in that short a space of time, not that i am a expert!!!
