This is really weird to me, and I get the fact that I'm a teenager and whatever and hormones and blah blah blah...but seriously? I'm thinking of sex every five seconds it's SO annoying! And it's like I wanna make out with somebody all the time, and fantasize. I kinda feel dirty in a way and I haven't actually acted on any of my feelings but man...

Does anyone know what I'm talking about or have I just totally alienated myself...xO

POSSIBLE TMI

when i was on wellbutrin...man (shaking head) it was like every single second of the day, my partner who usually is the more sexuall one was even like no! no more (it is a side effect of the medication) was crazy like i just couldn't get enough and nothing kept me satisfied
no you haven't alientaed yourself i think that people just look at it as a taboo subject at times and don't want to asmit to things or is too ashamed in talking about it.
Don't feel dirty either, theres nothing dirty about pleasure whats dirty about sex is when you get pedophiles and rapists. but thinking and fantasizing, hey some people have stronger urges than others. nothing i can say that will help you out because there doesn't really seem to be an answer. i mean if its seriously bothering you and hindering in your life in some way than there are medicines you can take that will block it out, but don't think you need to go that route. if its hormones or whatever going haywire and it's a constant thing. it will pass eventually. and these things can happen at any age just not at being a teenager.

Wellbutrin did the opposite for me. I had no sex drive at all. My epilepsy medication I'm on now though has that effect. My sex drive has doubled in the last couple months. I think it's normal as a teenager. I think it's normal anyways. The only time it's a preoblem is like racee said.....if it becomes an issue with your life or everyday activities. I wouldn't jump straight to meds tho especially if you're a teen. They can affect young people way more and in different ways than people older. If you think it's a problem then talk to a T about it but I don't see anything wrong with it.

Sounds normal for our age Ebpm...I feel the same way and I'm 16. I think it's good that you're not acting on your feelings. It's a good thing to have them because it shows you're maturing and they could help you learn about your body..not a good think if they're acted upon with other people, though. Keep talking if it helps - we're here for you
