Well they get erections while sleeping all the time without any outside influence. I'm not sure about orgasming though??

I'd imagine they'd wake up...
Orgasm during sleep I think is possible - think of 'wet dreams'. But if you are stimulating him, the touch will probably wake him up

If he's sleeping deep enough to not wake up when you touch him, absolutely. I've had a number of times where I had an orgasm while dreaming; it always wakes me up. Oh, and erections during sleep comes from being in a more relaxed state and everything is let go. It's one of the things used to determine if someones ED is physical or psychological. Hurts to roll over on.

Yes; they have "wet dreams" (as can/do we :-) and there's no reason another couldn't "help" them along.
