I was married & had a kid....so definitely NOT.....but I don't believe in sex out of marriage or with anyone but your husband......so will not be having sex any time in the future & have no regrets about it either since I believe what God says is to protect us & not to ruin our fun either. __________________ Leo's favorite place was in the passenger seat of my truck. How long do you have to go without sex before you become a virgin again?
And Illegal Toilet I get your line of thinking that you would rather kiss a woman than have sex.... I keep having this fantasy about just holding hands with a woman.. well it's a bit more specific.. I'm not holding her hand, she is holding my hand, if that makes sense. __________________ “If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. I've had sex with a few women, I'm not spiritually bound to them. I don't regret it. It's life lived as I want to, not how some people believe a fictional character has told me to. I'm in a 4 year relationship with a woman who I love, who I am not married to and have a 2 year old daughter with. Waiting for marriage is as outdated as the beliefs from which it comes.

I was a virgin until last year (I'm 27). I only did it that time and never spoke to the guy again. I don't regret it at all, but it sucked and wasn't anything like it was supposed to be. Maybe I should try women? *shrug*
I like girls more but having avoidant personality disorder keeps me from being with ANYONE no matter what their gender. |

I know it is considered shameful to admit that youare a virgin nowadays-but I think, it is very good.

Please. I'm 36 and still a virgin. And not because I want to be.
I think it's mostly because I'm a disabled transsexual man who is gay and gets so worked up about relationships that I can't function when I'm in one. I don't have casual sex. I've met absolutely no one in the gay community who wants to actually LOVE a transsexual. Basically, I'm giving up, too. I hate my life. I hate being gay. I hate relationships. And I've even been seriously considering suicide because of all this. Oh well, just one more leech on society dead... just another loser gone. No one will miss him. __________________ If you want to live the American Dream, move to Finland. |

I don't get why this question would be considered unimpertinent on a psychology forum. On Ebay's miscellaneous forum, yes, but here?
I disqualified for this in college, but I'm older and have never been married and have had a life of solitude with much less sex than desired , and it's embarassing when people, such as nosy coworkers, inquire then make rude comments. Family who know about my lack of sex seem to gloat about getting their fill, but it's not really anything to brag about considering all of the miserable ugly people out there who have sex on a daily basis. It's kind of like bragging about having four wheels on your car. |

I'm 26. hmm, I don't really hold any shame about sharing. It doesn't really matter to me (when I finally lose it), but it does seem to bother other people. I've had people ask me if I am 'saving myself', lol. I'm not. I'm just not particularly interested...have no real urging to do anything. I consider myself to be an asexual.

19. No rush for me. I've plenty of time, despite what the twilight of puberty and my raging hormones want to tell me about it.

I.Toilet, Sorry but you're not a virgin. How can you be ? You've had sex. So what, it was boring, it still happened. Why delude yourself ?

I am 27 and asexual. I just can't even comprehend doing it. I also don't want kids because my illnesses can be passed along more easily plus all the stress that comes from taking care of a child.

I know the question wasn't directed at me, but if this is where this topic's going, I'll throw in my two cents. I don't want children and I'm glad I haven't had children. I like kids (to a point, and as long as they're behaving, or if they do something funny that the parents have to clean up and I don't!), but raising them is hard. I also couldn't afford them. I feel freer not having children and have no regrets. However, when I was in the 5th grade, I told my friends that someday I'd have "8-10 kids, maybe as many as 14." No foolin'!
