When my boyfriend and I have sex he doesn't do any foreplay. We have been together for over 3 years and he has always beewn this way. Do you think he doesn't love me or what?

Well, he may not know how to. Have you stopped him and talked about it with your boyfriend? If you haven't told him, he may not even know how much it bothers you.
What makes you say that? Do you find some connection between foreplay and love? Sorry, I don't know what else I can say or do if I don't know much about the situation.

Have you tried responding to your bf's kisses more slowly and passionately? Putting your hands on his to guide him? The best thing to do is to tell your bf what you'd like him to do. It isn't always an easy conversation to bring up (for me anyway, as I fight shame) .... but men are often eager to please women, and are happy to get tips on how please us.
It's hard to say whether or not love is in the equation. Sex doesn't mean love.
