I have struggled with my sexuality for a long time and I am just starting to come to terms with the possibility that I might be bisexual or gay. One thing that is SO frustrating to me, however, is that while I want to be having sex, my body doesn't seem to react. I have very little libido and I don't get "turned" on even though mentally I'm enjoying what is happening.
Does that make any sense? Has that happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do? Note: I am on birth control and an SSRI which does have a negative affect...

SSRI's can have a negative effect. That may in fact be part of it. Good sex is more about thoughts than anything. The physical often follows, not the other way around.
