I have been on AD (prozac) for years now and my sex life suffered immensly, my husband and I went without any sex for 5 years, we still loved and supported each other just without the sex. My doctor weaned me off of the prozac back in january and last night I had sex for the first time in years, I hope this means my libido is slowly returning.

I did not have this problem from Prozac (well, I was on 10 mg which was the lowest dose), but I did have this problem on geodon/topamax/risperdal.

the drive has returned gradually and slowly over the course of several months. getting better and better. Apparently, the damage is SO severe and so deep that you do not recover in an instant just by being weaned off. It is a slow process. So, enjoy and expect things to get better and better with each passing month.
