Another thread entitled..."Penis Envy" made me curious.

How many men engage in..."Vagina Envy" for whatever reason?

Women are more than welcome to cross comment.

I for one would love to know what it feels like to have a vagina or just to be a woman.

I'm actually blushing at admitting how good it might feel to be a woman.

Penis envy was with Therapy from the start!

I've never had it myself! Can't imagine not having a vagina lol.

It came up in my therapy and my therapist had a giggle fest over it and I just didn't care what she thought of my admission.
I was wondering if anyone else explored this and how they felt about it.
I'm not in therapy anymore and so this forum is where I like to explore therapy related issues.
I mean for it to be lighthearted.

Womb and vagina envy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I imagine as related as penis envy. it is from a feminist slant rather than a male approach.

Lol.

This idea started in my therapy because of fear of castration.
I said that if it actually happened and they couldn't reattach it, I might ask the doctors to just give me a vagina so at least I had something. It was a joke in therapy. I wasn't serious but it raised the question of if I could choose.

thanks for answering . I know sometimes I can be harsh when I don't understand something so I ask. I thought maybe it would be better in another forum. but I do agree that a lot of people who don't have T's use this forum for support. I just find it hard to see sexual things light hearted.my stuff.

you seem to have a lot of curiosities around sexual stuff and so on .maybe you might also want to check out this forum for some answers. although I admit it may not be as busy as this forum .

Reminds me of a book I read by Rita Mae Brown ...

Venus Envy

It's a work of fiction, but you'll find it challenges you to think outside the box when it comes to gender and sexuality ...

No pun intended of course!

For what little I know about the matter, it is not to abnormal for people to have fantasies in which they are the opposite gender. When I was a high school teacher, I would occasionally deal with it in girls. I have never wished to be anything other than the woman I am. In fact I love being a woman. Yet I know of both men and women who do have opposite gender fantasies. Most of the time it is harmless and in passing. If it does not go beyond that, no harm done. If we desire toact out on them it is another matter and then time to seek competent advice and counsel. In any case it was poor practice for your therapist to snicker at your issue

I often thought sex must be more pleasurable for a woman.
