sex, a week. touching sexually, 6 hours. this is of course including relations with my spouse, not just by myself. If he were gone tomorrow, i'd last....a day? oh. I did forget until now, we went about 3 months after my kids were born without sex.

18 years........when I finally realized how bad my marriage was even though I couldn't get a divorce.....I withdrew into my own part wing of my house & had nothing more to do with him.......then finally left 6 years ago & just now getting the divorce (which is taking me too long to actually finalize)......sex is just NOT something I really care about or need & I do not believe in sex outside of marriage....so that is NOT an option for me. I believe it's an expression of love between 2 people & not a one person thing either.......so that's just where I come from.

Well I had some sort of beef about masturbation until I was 17. I desperately needed to take care of that by the time I was 14 though. I probably would have been a lot happier if I did.

Since I've been 17, the longest I've gone without masturbation has been about a week.

The longest I've gone without porn though is probably a few hours. The thing is that I just happen upon porn all the time. It just is all over my favorite websites. I'm not always actively seeking it out. Wait no I went for three weeks without it in the hospital when I had limited internet access and wasn't about to go on a website where porn might just show up in a very public venue.

One month and it felt about one month too long. I was just curious to see how long I could abstain form sex, masturbation and porn. Avoiding porn was easy but turning a blind eye to women. I've gone numerous years without both due to depression. Probably never longer than about 3 and a half years at a time. But when I get it regularly I make up for lost time.
