has anyone been accused of false rape ?
how do you find is best to deal with it - emotionally. If you have proof that the allegation is actually a LIE, how do you get the police (England) to take action against the person who has made the lie up? |

Hello, theglobe, and welcome to Psych Central! Perhaps someone who has been accused will be along soon. I'm sure it's a tough issue, especially if the person agreed to the sex and then claimed rape. I hope you can prove your innocence.

I'm in the USA, but if possible for you, I would suggest hiring a criminal defense attorney. Having grown up around lots of troubled kids and teenagers, I am aware that this is sadly and unfortunately a popular lie.
Criminal defense attorneys know this, and they can usually understand and comfort a client who's facing serious untrue accusations. |

Welcome to PC
I would seek advice from either a lawyer or an organisation called Citizens Advice Bureau

I hate people who lie about rape, it makes it harder for real victims to be believed.
If there is proof that it wasnt rape then you have nothing to worry about. Once proven innoccent you could sue her for slander, or at least you should be able to. |
