On one end he was telling me he wants me and on the other hand he still has the picture showcased. Definitely, his relation with his wife isn't that bad. Otherwise, why would he showcase the picture in a house where he moved just a month back and when he feels bad about her.
Moreover, if he still loves her, why he wants me? I'm not a sexual toy. I don't have any desire for sex. He can't love me, then why he called me back. I feel betrayed.

This is a rather complex and interesting problem. In answer to your question, he most certainly still loves his wife and if things were different he would have her back. It sounds though like her cheating was a deal -breaker and he's going to be a while getting past her.
