Hello,
I have suffered from premature ejaculation since I was 21 years old. It used to be bad that intercourse was over in less than 30 seconds. Girlfriends would only last one night before running out of the door. Then I got Glandular Fever, since then I have only had sex about twice in the last two years. This is because I found that I was ejaculting even before getting anywhere near intercourse. My latest girlfriend is very patient, but I keep disappointing her by coming over her. She said I'm not getting hard enough for intercourse. I was absolutely mortified and went to a Dr who put me Cialis, but I'm still not getting hard enough and ejaculate as well STILL. It is very frustrating for my girlfriend and is making me even more anxious. I've even emailed a hypnotist in the hope he can help. Has anyone out there got any ideas of who I can over come this and give my girlfriend what she craves and me a satisfying sex life. I would be happy to last between 5 and 8 minutes. Blades Runner |

See a medical doctor to see if you have some physical condition that may make you climax before joining. Seeing a therapist can help sort out any emotional baggage that we may carry with us that makes this happen.
Another way is to explore intimacy and make that the focus and not sexuality. Intimacy can be achieved no matter what the sex organs do or not do. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...02537793,d.eXY https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...02537793,d.eXY __________________ Super Moderator Community Support Team "Things Take Time" |

Actually, I wonder if that wouldn't work. Although my gut tells me it's probably not good to take something like an SNRI without really needing it. Venlafaxine (Effexor) caused anorgasmia for me.

I think the best bet for the OP would be to seek a licensed professional about this matter. I've never had this problem nor have I known anybody who has it so I wouldn't be suited to advice you. If all else fails, there is always oral. Many women seem to like receiving oral more than intercourse anyways. |

Having gone from premature ejaculation to anorgasmia due to a back injury, I would gladly have premature ejaculation back...at least then I could feel something in my penis. I too had problems to the point that I would ejaculate trying to enter my wife's vagina. There are ways of working around being premature but in many cases there is no way to regain yourself after anorgasmia or nerve damage.
