I'm doing some real stupid sex things and am having a hard time controlling my behavior. I'm taking risks that I should know better, but I can't stop.

Welcome to PC. I hope we can provide some support to help you.
I guess my first thing is to ask why you think that the "sex things" you are doing are stupid? Do you feel they are wrong or is someone else telling you that? |
