Hello, my name is Petty_rose. I'm 17 soon to be 18 years old girl.
I'm the oldest of my siblings. I, well, I came to this site because I need someone to talk to. And, I just can't handle hiding my problems anymore. My problem deals with masturbation, I can't masturbate unless I either watch, fantasize, or read about violent things. This has been going on for more than a year, and I just want it to stop. My family has no idea of my problems and I don't want to tell them. Sorry for ranting about this, thank you for listening and have a good day.

Hi pettyrose, welcome to PC!

Do you have a therapist to talk too? There sounds to be deeper issues of which we have no clue as to what they could be to cause such behavior. And yes, that's something that I couldn't talk to my family about either.

I hope that you find your answers and receive the instructions that you need to understand why and a way to reprogram your needs.

No, I don't have a therapist. And like I said my parents don't know a thing. And to be honest, I know what's wrong. I just don't know if it's normal. Even though this is silly isn't it? Worrying about something that isn't that big of a deal. Still, thank you for reading.

It is a big deal if it bothers you a great deal. The question is why. That's a question you need to answer. Does it come from a past sexual experience that's being triggered or maybe some porn that you saw? The guesses are numberous & if it brought you here, you're looking for some answers to make yourself feel better. There's nothing wrong with that mature type thinking.

I can relate to your post, except I didn't start asking important questions till I was over 35yo! Ugh.
Find your answers
