If u dnt want 2 gain weight i recommend NOT getting one of those implanon rods that get inserted in ur arm. I was 79kg when i got it put in and 8wks later i was 104kg and it took me 9months b4 i lost 1kg and after 2yrs ive only lost 10kgs. Think ur best bet is either condoms or the pill. With the pill as far as i kno the most u can gain is 3-5kg, im on the pill now and i havent gained weight ive actually lost a little bit. Hope that helps u a little =)

i think it depends on the person. i started on birth control again just a few months ago and have actually lost weight. i dont think it really makes a difference, i think people just like to have something to blame weight gain on personally lol

It depends upon the person and the form used. Many gain weight, some people lose weight and it doesn't affect some at all.

I've taken the pill for a while.. and i have never gained weight.. and I am not skinny naturally, I have to watch my diet and exercise. It probably affects people differently, but none of my friends that have taken have gained weight from it.
Try it and if you see that you're gaining weight, stop taking it and find something else like the shot or something.

The is PILL is different for every female that takes it... some will gain weight some will not - its a wait and see kind of thing.
