I was recently hurt at work, well 4 months ago. Well I hurt my back and I have nerve damage going down through my leg. My husband and I have only had sex twice in the past four months and I don't know what to do. Right now we may be looking at the option of surgery to fix my back but I don't know how long it will be before we can make love again and I don't want to loose my husband. NOt to mention he's getting more and more sexually frustrated so I really need some help. What am I to do? I'm too young to have bedroom problems I'm only 29.

I injured my back in 2005. I have 3 torn disk. you just have to find the right position for the least pain. my injury put me on full disability. good luck hon. oh and btw....a dr told me once that there is more you can do beside intercourse. just a thought for you there.

While I understand the importance of having a sexual relationship that works in a marriage please know that there is indeed more to a loving relationship than sex - maybe use this time to perfect the intimacy that lies out side of the bedroom.

I don't know what postitions you are comfortable in but oral will definitly ease the tension he's feeling. Also it isn't like your just holding out on him, you have a legitimate reason for not being active. Try talking through it and work out together ideas together. I hope it that you get better quickly!
