I had this dream a couple of months ago;
I dreamt I was walking on my local football pitch, when these men with long coats came and starting throwing knives in my direction, I turned around and my best friend had several knives sticking inside of him, bleeding heavily and fell to the ground. The weird thing was, 2 days after I had that dream he overdosed on LSD and was in a coma for 20 hours. Last edited by wanttoheal; Jun 14, 2009 at 11:58 PM. Reason: Added trigger icon |

If it had been my dream I'd be asking: Who were these men? What did they want from you, or what were they telling you by throwing those knives? What did the long coats signify? What's special about that football pitch? What did your friend have to do with it? What was he saying to you, or wanting to, as he fell? What connection(s) do you see between the knifing and the LSD? Also, how did you react when you saw your friend had been wounded? I can imagine all shades of possible ways someone could take it: from "have to avenge him no matter what" to "uh-oh, now I'm all by myself against these jokers" to "what will I do without him" to "he's the one who got me into this" to "good thing I know first aid" to "serves him right" -- to "I didn't care for that dream at all and would rather forget it quickly." |

We had an argument a few years ago, and I have hardly talked to him since, when I saw him wounded, I felt nauseous and woke up in a sweat. I have no idea of the significance of the men in coats to be honest. But it was really disturbing for me, as this was the first dream of a violent scene I have ever had. |
