![]() Then I walk through out the day half asleep, hard time concentrating, until about 3pm or so when after quite some cups of caffene I finally wake up fully. It's annoying because I'm always tired and sleepy & it takes a lot of energy to pay good attention at everything specially at work. Ugh and when I'm driving home I have to have a soda with me with plenty of caffene just in case. ALSO dream wise.... I have a question... ![]() THx... |

Hey PJ176,
You seem to make a lot of sense to me.. Gosh!! so much of your sleeping goes for me too.. my friends always say that i'm almost never fully awake... even i feel more energetic sometime in the afternoon...but thankfully i dont need to take much caffeine and all that... but i'm tired and sleepy all the time too... especially since i started work... i dont know if it is my health or something else, but recently i lost around 12kgs within two months, doing just nothing!! and after that i'm so weak... my younger brothers and my cousins can pull me, push me, kick me and all that so easily.. but i dont remember to be strong enough even when i had all that lost weight on me... and as for dreams, i have all kind of dreams, dark, light, scary, happy, etc.. i dont wake up from my sleep, or any thing.. if i am worried or tensed its so easier to sleep.. the moment i'm on my bed, i close my eyes... but strangely these stuffs are mostly recent.. when i was a kid, i had to toss and turn a thousand times to get myself to sleep and if i were tensed i used to cry a lot over it, may be for hours on.. i remember seeing the clock tick 3 and 4 am when i lay there crying.. and i can dream when i'm wide awake!! i dont know what it is all supposed to mean, i'm able to dream anything.. simply anything!! recently my dreams have so much to do with sex.. i wonder why?!! ![]() i wish i could help you.. but i'm totally as helpless as you are.. ![]() |

Hi PJ,

I am just wondering because if you are waking up a lot you may have sleep apnea.. which is a breathing problem during deep sleep which can cause you to not feel completely rested. I would talk with a medical doctor about the sleepiness/fatigue issue. Missy |
