I can't sleep, so like anybody would suggest, I got out of bed and am occupying my time with other things. I guess this is a way of telling my body "bed=sleep. If you won't sleep, then you don't get to be in bed."

Have you tried meditation before getting to bed? It helps....but you got to be consistent and patient and do it for awhile to see the result....

Try turning some soothing music on or taking a warm bath.
