Does anyone have problems with waking up 3 or 4 times at the same times every night? Then has problems falling asleep at work or school? I tried sleeping pills from the Dr. and they just give me really crazy dreams and I still wake up at the same times every night. Anyone experience anything like this? Please help me know I am not alone in this!

no hon you are not alone. I am suffering terribly with the same stuff except I don't work or go to school. it is exhausting to continuely wake up every night. I would love to sleep without interruption just once!

Busy
My sleep pattern is a bit like this...fall asleep 11.00pm, wake up1.30am, fall asleep 4.30am wake up 6.00am If I am lucky and that is with the aid of sleeping tablets which I am thinking of detoxing off of in the near future. I dont work so I dont have that problem, but then I dont nap during the day eiither. I come to PC during my nights which are most peoples days/evenings so I dont feel so alone. I just accept it Busy, there is no point fighting against it or tossing and turning in the bed, get up, do something light in a low light and keep warm and you may get to like your nocturnal wanderings. ....i have been suffering this VERY same thing for the past few weeks
i fall asleep pretty easily. when i go to bed at midnight, i wake at 4:45. and 5:45. and so on. until the alarm goes off. and when i try to go to bed earlier (b/c i am so exhausted from the broken sleep) at 10:30 pm, i wake at 2:22, and 3 something and 4:45. and 5:45. and so it goes. i'm exhausted, physically and mentally, and my running is suffering. i feel like i've legs made of lead. ![]() this happens even if i take a sleeping pill (only over the counter sleep meds. . . i've never had prescription sleep meds. no insurance, no doctor) oh well. it sucks. ![]()
