This is not my dream, I'm female. A male friend sent this to me. I'm replacing his name with *** for obvious reasons. Anyone want to take a stab at what's going on here.

6:42:49 PM] ***: and i start having sex with the concrete vagina
[6:43:26 PM]***: I dial 911 on my phone but i don't push send
[6:44:02 PM] ***: and i continue to make love to grumpy the gnome until my penis no longer comes out
[6:44:10 PM] ***: just a mess of blood and caramel
[6:44:19 PM] ***: then i drink a bottle of nyquil
[6:44:25 PM] ***: press send on my phone
[6:44:27 PM] ***: and pass out

Thanks for the edit, I just figured out what "trigger" means over the last couple of hours.

Not a problem. Hope someone is able to help you out, I'm horrible with dream interpretation myself.

Welcome!

Sounds to me like the dreamer does not like the relationship he is in, and wants to escape.
Hence to bottle of nyquil, and passing out.The concrete vagina and the grumpy gnome could represent ill feelings towards a sexual partner.

Thank you very much for responding, I was hoping someone would say something. I think it's a very reasonable interpretation. The only problem with the analysis is that he isn't in a relationship and, to the best of my knowledge, is still a virgin.

Then I suppose it could be a general fear of starting a relationship, or possibly of having sex.
