I had a strange series of dreams the other night. They were quite long, so I won't get into all the details. When I woke up I analyzed them like crazy. Wow, were they enlightening and true.

The dreams, although they seemed like they had no conncection, were trying to show me something. They showed me that I mostly aim to please people(I was working at a crowded fast food resturaunt), and in order to do so I go for a simple solution and hide my depression and SI(the dream about clothes in my closet).

I don't know why, but I think this is giving me the motivation to recovery.

Has anyone else had a similiar experience?

I have started keeping a dream journal - I have found by doing that the dreams I thought had no relationship to each other - are all very interconnected with the same theme - even though they involve different people and different situations
I would have to say I wasn't convinced at all before I started writing them down - they just seemed random, scary and weird. Now at least the random thing is accounted for ...
so I think dreams can be very powerful, motivating the kick in the pants some of us need to really make a commitment to more forward.

That is interesting how you came to the conclusion of how the dream is helping you.
I often do the same thing. Dreams are meant to be interpreted by the dreamer IMO.
