I don't know if this will help some people, but my therapist says that in dreams most 'people' are aspects of ourselves. Houses if dreamt about are also part of 'us'. ie I dreamt the other night that my daughter was small again, about 3. My therapist says this is the younger ME in the dream needing to be nurtured because of other elements in the dream ... Even if you dream about something happy, sad or dark, they are usually aspects of our personalitites that are present at the time ... kind of makes sense, she studied a lot about dreams. Ophelia x

I love the dream world.I also love trying to make some sense of other peoples dreams.
Your therapist must have great insight to the dream state.I still believe the best interpretations come from within ourselves.Maybe it could be related to something you have experienced in you waking state |

Yes she just kind of sees the basics but leaves me to try and interpret the rest, she sometimes sees things I completely miss, I write the worst ones down so she can help me make sense of it all. It fascinates me too .... O xx
