Over the past few months I have gotten in a habbit that consists of staying up until around 3am. Then I fall asleep and get up at 6:30am to get the kids off to school. After they all leave at 8:00am I am back in bed and I sleep like a baby until about noon. I am a stay at home mom and I do online college. So this isn't really 'hurting' anyone. I mean WHO says that we have to sleep at night and be up during the day? I am completely beating myself up over this habbit that I have gotten into but it WORKS for ME . I lay in bed thinking I am NOT going back to bed in the morning. Even started taking Tylenol PM to get myself to fall asleep at a "normal" time. I lay in bed thinking tomorrow will be good, I will NOT go back to bed. But then morning comes and I am back in bed. I keep up with the housework and such. WHY AM I BEATING MYSELF UP

LOL why are you beating yourself up? It is 7:30am...I have YET to go to bed for the night!!!!

I will most likely go to bed in the next hour or so, and sleep til 3pm lol. Some people who don't need to wake up at an early hour just sleep it; as long as you're getting a normal amount of sleep, I see no problem with it.
