I'm tired of not being able to sleep without a sleeping pill. All my adult life I've had to take a sleeping pill. No matter how tired I am I can't fall asleep without one.

I know the feeling, I am not fully dependant on the sleeping pill. If I forget to take it' I suffer with horrific nightmares that are just awful. I now have decided that I'd rather take the pill then suffer with the awful nightmares. what do you take? I take Ambien CR.
