I used to have huge problems with sleeping, I used to be up every night in pain. I did'nt know what was wrong! Then my doctor found out that my Gal Bladder has been shutting down ever since I was little, there was no way to cure it, so I had to get surgery to remove the body part. Ever since I got it out I feel alot better! But the thing is, I'm still having these sleep issues. It takes me almost 2-3 hours to fall asleep, even when I'm tired. My doctor said that I might have sleep problems for the rest of my life, Anyone got any advice to help me fall asleep faster? I would really appreciate it. :]
