I had a sore on the side of my head that slowly got worse then became a whole about the size of a cigarette burn straight to my brain...but I kept going on about lifes daily stuff....huh?

Physical dreams like that bother me too; I once had crippled legs for a dream.

Your dream makes me think of "need like a hole in my head" :-)

Maybe there is something on your subconscious. Dreams can be pretty good at tapping into what we dont think about on a conscious level.

The idea of something burning a bigger hole in your head comes across to me as some kind of nagging. As if its trying to remind or tell you something. It sounds pretty bothersome. ><;;
