I won't go into detail about the content of these dreams, but they all had the same outcome. I don't have very strong sex drive, but I have been getting some highly sexual dreams where I have been woken up by a painful orgasm. I find this very strange. Any thoughts?

If I was awakened by physical pain, of any sort, I'd go to the doctor and get it checked out. It's one thing to be afraid or feel good in a dream but dreams shouldn't cause literal, physical pain I don't think.

These are not the first dreams that have caused me physical pain. I once had a dream where I was shot in the shoulder and woke up with a sore shoulder. I had another dream where my eardrum ruptured and I imediately woke up with a massive spasm in my ear. However, those were one time occurances, unlike what has been happening lately. It's not uncommon for me to feel pain in my dreams, but it rare that the pain is extreme unogh to actually wake me. I am planning to see my doctor as soon as finals are over; I don't have the time right now.
