I had a terrible dream last night.....I dreamed that I found a big lump in my breast....and I was so scared thinking that is a cancer.....

Do you have anything currently weighing on your heart (breast) that feels bad, are you particularly depressed? Are you thinking too hard about depression, "worrying" about it? The opposite could be true too, if you're feeling manic, your brain could be trying to balance, remind your conscious side of what your unconscious knows.
