I often have dreams about hitting someone or practicing fighting someone. A lot. And in these dreams, it always seems that I'm extremely weak and my punches barely have any force behind them. I'll often wake up and start punching the air just to assure myself that I'm actually not that weak in reality. Could this have something to do with my self-esteem issues?

All i can say is that a few weeks ago I also kept dreaming about fighting - usually it involved my brother. They were serioous fights, and on 2 or 3 occassions I really did punch out and hit my boyfriend who was sleeping next to me! He was so shocked and scared.
They've now gone though. I started to take sleeping tablets which are quite strong, and I hardly dream when I take them

Well, with me, I'm always significantly weak and can't throw a proper punch. This is the thing that confuses me.
