I have been having trouble with waking up in the middle of the night. When this happens I am so exhausted when I get home from class I fall asleep by 10pm or so. But then I wake up around 1 or 2 am again and can't get back to sleep. I'm used to not being able to get to sleep at night, but not this middle of the night awakening. Anyone have this problem and know how to solve it?

My sister had this problem. We found the culprit to be the glass of wine she had to relax her before bed. It was messing with her sleep cycles. Look for this or your diet, change in routine, even new noises can mess things up. Hope you find a solution soon.
Thanks for this!
