I actually slept and almost at the right time of day...I admit I crashed before the kids were home from school and woke by about 4 am but that's the best I have managed all week...

I admit I had taken Phenerghan for an allergic reaction yesterday but and it helped...

terrible nightmares too shame I never remember them..

he has been going on at me lately because I haven't been sleeping and all of the night before last and this morning I was doing housework to him making comments about mania and asking if I am not sure I am bipolar also....

anyway its nice for the mood to lift even if not the anxiety....

I got told off for trying to clean the back room though since I am allergic to almost everything in it and it bit me on the bum....but pfft I SLEPT!

I slept!

I personally will take sleep when I can get it. I have a lot trouble with sleeping. I am thrilled you got some.
