I dream every night, I dream so vividly sometimes I feel like I don't sleep. I dream random things..last night I dreamt that I was falling in love with my friends husband and we hadn't acted on the feelings, she found out about my feelings and confronted me, I was crying in my dream and begging forgiveness. The dream changed and I was in northern california with an exboyfriend who was a hair dresser, a tornado was forming outside the window and I kept trying to get to a basement for safety. Then I woke up feeling crazy..lol..

My subconscious sure has fun while I sleep!

I too have had very vivid dreams all my life! I used to lucid dream almost every night and was fully able to control them. I can't do that anymore now that I'm older but I still have completely crazy dreams. I have occasionally had to ask before if something really happened or if I was just dreaming about it.
Thanks for this!
