I haven't slept in 3 days now, I could have, I could have taken my tablets but I am scared, I have nightmares about the past.

There's also something else, I've never really explained this to anyone. When I am falling asleep, I am awake but I can't move, I hear things too, sometimes it's really loud music, or whispers or sometimes it's someone actually coming into the room and standing really close to me, I can't speak. I start panicking, my heart beats faster and it terrifys me. It doesn't last long, I eventually can move and I sit up but I am so tired I go back to sleep and it starts again.

I don't know if it's normal, it's really affecting me and it's also another reason I don't want to sleep.

I know I am not doing myself any good not taking my meds but I don't know what else to do.

Dear Silverbubbles,

I really think you should go back to the doctor and have a sleep study done. This sounds like it could be something called sleep paralysis and hallucinations also fall under this certain type of sleep disorder category.
I'm so sorry to hear you are suffering. But it is understanable. This sounds frightening. I hope you will tell someone and have it checked out.
Here is a link about these types of issues:
