Just like the title says. Could it be a side effect of my medication?
Or is it normal? |

It's very normal. We "usually" dream 4-5+ times a night, just don't remember upon waking. Our brain is working, organizing what we're seen, heard, done, thought, etc. during the day, consolidating memories, "learning" and putting things into the right "place" so we can access them when we're awake or dump the garbage :-)
However, that being said, various medicines can make dreams more intense or "flavor" them so they stand out or seem more vivid/"weird" or unusual to us from other times. When I was in therapy I remembered more of my dreams and they and my unconscious worked together to "help" with therapy but as my therapy wound down toward termination, the dreams did too. Now I remember maybe 2-3 dreams a week. I rarely write them down anymore so my brain/unconscious doesn't try to "help" me remember them.

Um is it the same dream> Because then maybe somethings bothering you subconsciously. I took a class called physiopsychology where I leaned it's a normal part of your nightly sleep cycle to dream, thought not everyone always remembers. Some people always remember, other only sometimes, and somepeople never remember their dreams, but dreams are a necessary bart of a healthy brain. That's why if your sleep deprived and pall asleep your brain will often go straight into a dream, skipping the other phases of the sleep cycle. I hope this helps?
