I have had this dream around 3 times in my life, all within 18 months.

I start by doing something sexually arousing with someone, not sure what or who, not my girlfriend, and I feel like its wrong but I do it anyway. Suddenly i hear a cough or small noise like clearing your throat. I turn and I'm in a van or truck and and my dad is driving down the highway in the middle of the night with the radio on. My dad doesn't notice me or say anything and then my dream fades.

I think this actually means something, but what?

Hi Alex,
It is a normal sexual awakening dream. It is natural to feel the way you describe at your age. You are a bit embarrassed about it, as your dad probably warned you against the down side of having sex.
In sleep you naturally feel aroused when you need a pee. The thoughts of "sex" sometimes intrude into sleep and that also causes arousal.
Don't worry about your dreams.
