Oh my every topic is so important for me tonight - its 03.11

i have about 2 hours sleep each night and always wake with a panic attack after a dream about a young boy and a boat... i would like to learn of a way to stop the dreams and panic attacks , thanks

I would read or write a story about a young boy and a boat and make it a nice, pleasant dream, see if I could affect the situation that way.

If I couldn't effect a change and/or in any event, I'd get a doctor's appointment and have a complete physical, blood and urine tests, etc. to see if there is something physically wrong. It could be you're "drowning", aren't breathing right or have some other medical issue that needs addressing.
