Hi all,
The past couple of years now every dream that I have had has been about either dying or being isolated or alone, or like today for example I was walking in thick bush and I got pulled in and mauled to death. Probably due to the fact that I am always alone without proper support, even though I do have a pyschologist and other Mental Health Professionals seeing me, I don't have many friends if not one who has her own issues, so I don't know if that's a contributing factor but I always tend to believe my dreams are reality and I cannot wake up from them rather than reality being false or untrue. Does anybody get me? ![]()

Hey. Dreams of death could indicate a desire for introspection, but in some cultures it also signifies a new beginning. Being alone could mean the obvious of you not having support in your waking life, but it also indicates a need to examine your personality (according to the dream dictionary I use). You should really take advantage of PC...it helps a lot with forming a support structure. I've met some really awesome people on here. And the whole thing about dreams and reality is quite tricky...you have to remind yourself in your waking state that you are not in a dream, and you will realise that you'll be able to identify your being in a dream a lot easier, which could also give you the ability to control the dream (takes some practice) or waking up before it gets too intense. I hope you are well :-)
