The other night I slept at a normal time, went to bed at 10pm, and slept till 7am.. But by 9am I was ready to pass out again and slept till 4 in the afternoon! If I wake up in the morning, no matter how many hours sleep I got, I'll feel tired for a very long time. If I got the same amount of sleep but woke up in the after noon or evening, I'll be full of energy..

It makes no sense to me at all and it's something that has been bothering me for a very, very long time.

Sounds like really severe fatigue, I've been having similar problems lately, however it takes longer than 2 hours for me to really want to go back to sleep. Maybe it's something you should see the doctor about?

Sounds like it could be a multitude of things from depression, low vitamin D levels....insomnia....mono.....

I see you live in Canada and posted this a few days ago. What part of Canada? Do you go out in the woods a lot? Late fall is a peak time for ticks which carry Lyme disease to be out and into the winter they become adults. In upstate NY where I lived the chance of an adult tick having the bacteria for Lyme was over 80%.

I would go to the doc and get bloodwork done on all vitamins etc... to rule out anything big.

I live in south Ontario. I don't go out much and never in any forests, so it can't be that. I'm trying to set up a docs appointment now, since my eating habits are poor and have been poor for a while i have been worried about vitamin def. but my dad is a bit hesitant about it.

why is your dad hesitant? Wouldn't he want to find out what's wrong with you?

Vitamin B deficiencies and Vitamin D deficiencies can wreak havoc on your body and, if not taken care of quickly, cause a lot more damage in the long run. Especially if you are younger. Not having those essentials can cause a lot of things to go wrong if you are still developing mentally and physically.

He thinks I over-react a lot and he takes wanting to see the doctor for this reason or that as an over-reaction.
