When I am super stressed out, I get this awful itchy, burning feeling in my legs that only goes away when I move them. Sometimes this feeling spreads to the rest of my body.

It makes me sleep a lot longer than I should and the sleep is never restful.

Do any of you have this?

I have to take Valarian at night to calm that sensation. You may want to check into that.

I would work on relaxing before I went to sleep; I read before sleep to help me distract myself and get my mind moved to realizing I'm in bed and will get sleepy/go to sleep.

My boyfriend suffers from the same thing, He doesn't take medicine, but sometimes elevating his legs helps a bit. Maybe putting a pillow or two under your legs can help.

I have this problem whenever I am extremely stressed. I have found that elevating my legs with some pillows helps to alleviate it.
