Lately, I haven't been able to sleep until around 3 in the morning because of school work, but now, even if I don't have homework or something to do, I find that I cannot sleep for hours because of either stress, or nothing at all. When I finally fall asleep, I have difficulty waking up. My hours of sleep have ranged from 0 to 12 hours. Is there any name for this?

Hi, Rocky! Welcome! I'm not sure about a name, but I'm sure you'd like to get your sleep back on track. Have you talked to a doctor about it?

Sounds like you have thoroughly mixed up your normal circadian rhythm
