I've had many awful dreams where people I love and care about (alive and passed on) are hurt badly or killed. I dreamt once that a good friend of mine was murdered and a portrait of him painted on his bedroom wall in his own blood. It was truely frightening. But it was probably because I was worried about him and his drug use at the time. I even rang him up the next day to make sure he was ok!
But I think it just means you are thinking about this person and are still troubled about him. I wish the dreams would stop for you though. It's hard enough without that adding to it
Thanks for this!
