I seldom remember my dreams, and even if I do I have no idea if they are in color or not. But this morning I had one in color, and I am sure, because I was doing something that required attention to colors. A strange dream, and I'm sure it was created by someone else, because it couldn't have been me!

It started with me being in some design studio, and a person came in, a rather scruffy young person, who had a bunch of pictures on newspaper pages. He wanted to have them copied; I'm not sure why. So somehow I seem to have taken on the job of seeing if they could be copied, and we went to a printer, and examined their facilities -- I know little about the subject, but apparently I was taking on the task. Then the printing shop proprietor suddenly took a disliking to my scruffy companion, and we were obliged to leave. The young boy/man left, but I stayed, with his newspaper pages, and continued to think about how to scan them. Two other men who also ran the print shop came in, and they were willing to help me with the pictures, so I experimented with scanning them from the newspaper pages. I had trouble with getting the pages correctly onto the big fancy and good scanner.

The scans were quite colorful, though they needed some adjustments to improve the color balance, and I was working through that to see if I could get them right -- plus descreening them so that the little dots that make up newspaper pictures would not show. Anyway, it was all in color, because the job required it.

I have no idea where this dream came from. It was a bit disturbing, even after I woke up, because here I was taking on a job, a responsibility, even though I know almost nothing about the subject! I thought maybe I could do it, but I was not sure, and I do not like to be in that situation of uncertainty.

All my dreams are in color. I'm wondering if, because of medication changes or something like that, you are approaching lucid dreaming as well, since you "knew" you needed color in your dream! So cool, imo.
