isnt insomnia grand.. my brother got married today and I love his wife dearly but now Im so keyed up I cant sleep.. so posting all over creation hoping to wear myself out or at least hold on until the zanax kicks in...

I know my dreams tonight are going to be full of her white flowing gown and his three piece navy blue tux.. clinking glasses... chatter of bits of wedding/ reception conversations.. and that cake was the most amazing. four tier chocolate cake with white frosting, navy blue trim in loops and a custom made topper of the bride and groom, the groom on one knee....

night everyone.. happy dreams..

never go to work on 2 hours of sleep and a xanax that affects you in the way it does me.. during my lunch break I fell asleep... thankfully it was at the crisis center not at the hospital. some of my co workers knowing I had had a very stimulating family day yesterday, thought I just partied hardy and pitched in taking over my calls and let me sleep a bit.. tonight I dont see any problem sleeping. can barely keep my eyes open and its only a little after 7pm right now. going to make an early night of it tonight.

I know what it feels like to have little sleep. I go to college and sometimes I hardly sleep because I'm up all night chatting to a friend or I'm worried about sleeping. I don't fall asleep at college but I try to wake myself up by going for a walk. Now I have like 3 or 4 hours of sleep but I can function well enough with that amount of sleep.
Thanks for this!

thanks for the reply. boy do I know how that is. I never fell asleep during classes after an all nighter with friends or studying but I did skip a few classes to get some sleep.
