Nightmares for me tonight.
Or............Maybe a dream of hope.

Africa Again.

I'll be back and I'll ask for some interpretations.

((Sanada)) - sorry you're having nightmares. I have some nights where I get realistic lucid dreams and they're even more scary because they're lucid. I usually end up waking up every time I get scared which means a crappy nights sleep. At least it doesn't happen too often. How often do you get the nightmares? I hope tonight is better for you.

When i lucid dream it's because i sense i'm having a really good time or a really bad time (joy or danger), i dont lucid dream when its not exciting in one way or another. I still remember normal dreams but lucid dreaming is when i wake up, because i lucid dream. I'm getting better though at staying there when i lucid dream.
Tonight though i'm going to sleep with africa in my mind (kenya and the starving)..

Thanks for the reply.
Take Care Lynn.
