Well, are you experiencing night mares while you sleep? Do you engage in any exercise during the day? If you are not physically active you can become depressed and then in the depression not be physically active. Humans were designed to be active and we do have a built in reward system for feeling better when we do exercise and exert energy. Our sleep is suppose to be when our bodies recover from the physical exercise, the more we push our bodies the better sleep we will get. Sleep is designed to be restorative to the body not only the mind. And often our mind will process what we see and experience during the day which can come as distored dreams and feeling restless.
Loss of activity, such as sitting at a desk all day or even a computer can make one tired mentally but the physical aspect has been denied. Therefore sleep can become a problem area and though we feel tired mentally the rest of the body has not had much funciton. So, are you in motion, working out and pushing for physical exertion?
