I think I may be grinding my teeth in my sleep or something because the back of my mouth and my jar have been hurting so bad the last few days. I can't seem to completely relax when I'm trying to get to sleep and this includes my jaw. I'm not sure why or how to fix this because it friggin hurts... :P Any advice would be appreciated.

id say go talk to your gp (doctor) about it, they should help you with products, treatments and referals.
Thanks for this!
