Isadora...sweetie! I have recurring "dental" dreams...about teeth breaking and falling out, lifting them out myself! I have no idea what these dreams mean, other than a feeling of futility, and failure to accomplish something.
Also, I had very bad dental history as a child, and, so, visits to the dentist were traumatic. We were poor, and my parents only took me to the dentist for extractions as a result of decay and toothache, thus, leaving a kind of trauma.

I've never had a pregnancy dream...so I have no idea!

you can control your dreams at night, start thinking about what you want to dream about before you sleep, then tell me if it worked for you.

The tooth dream is probably to do with feeling frightened of your health declining, powerlessness, perhaps poverty. My teeth reflect my mental health, sadly. They got really bad because I was so frightened of the dentist I walked around with broken teeth and nerves exposed for years. Are you frightened of dentists? Do they make you feel scared?

The girl dream is lovely, I think it's to do with a hope. I used to dream that I was pregnant and had a son, and that was a lovely dream. It made me so happy. Then of course I really did have a son, and it was wonderful. Perhaps that dream is a promise?

dental dreams for me:

It maybe you have grind issues (grinding teeth while sleeping) your dental dreams might from your physical happening while asleep ( grinding teeth ) it might feel your hurt, that is why your having dental dreams, sometime, dreams can relate on what is currently happening while sleeping.

Ex: I got a dream that somebody punched me in the head, knowingly when I woke up, my wife told me that when I turn to one side, I bumped my head on the wall.

Hope this helps.
