hey guys, lately(past 3 weeks) my sleep schedule has been totally destroyed.. ive been going to bed at 3-6am, waking up at 3-5pm(weekdays) or not sleeping for a night, and then sleeping again till 3pm or so.. ive been using sleeping pills, staying up for a whole day and trying to "reset" my sleep cycle but nothing has been working.. ive been feeling tired all the time, regardless if ive slept that day or not.

im not sure what exactly is wrong, just wondering if anyone is going through something similar or what not..

Yea my sleep pattern is messed up. I do what doctors say like stay up during the day, i dnt sit around when i feel tired and i go to bed and i still cant sleep.

i tried sleeping pills but they didnt work. It is a side effect of depression that sleep patterns get messed up so for me thats prob what it is
