My sleep routine is staying up til 12am, then sleeping for about 2 hours. I wake up very alert and almost bored with nothing to do. I dont have a TV in my room and I sleep with a mask on to block out any kind of light from the window or clock. I stay up until 6am and hate having to wake up to get my daughter off to school. I start work at 10am and all day I'm feeling tired and slow. The good news is I have a sleep study coming up in a couple of weeks. I'm hoping to resolve this. Maybe I too excited about this study. I want answers and I want to sleep.
